From the moment we arrived, the staff created a welcoming atmosphere, proving genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Giuliano captured our attention with his assistance in arranging transportation and check-in, while Daniella offered invaluable local insights. The professionalism of the reception team was evident, with a special mention for Irina, who promptly addressed our room requests. The hotel offers a spacious family room that comfortably accommodated my wife, two teenagers, and me. We appreciated the ample wardrobe space, ensuring none of us felt cramped. Each morning we enjoyed a well-catered breakfast, with options that satisfied even my constantly hungry teenager. The pool area was a highlight, providing a refreshing retreat. We took part in activities like renting e-bikes and enjoying the well-maintained tennis court. Distance to local attractions in Sant Anna Arresi and the beaches of Porto Pino was manageable with a car, further enhancing our stay. Lu' Hotel Porto Pino made for a delightful family vacation, and we look forward to returning.
